Creative Sound Blaster Audigy, Audigy 2 and Audigy 4 series Driver 02.09.0016

Had a browse around Creative's website today, noticed these, dated 9th Oct 2006 :)

Flawless install on my Audigy 1 Gamer card, unsure of any improvements with this driver series, although i heard in one forum that they included official OpenAL 1.1 support (if thats of any use).

 

Gonna be testing them with some games soon, they should be fine, i've already played some mp3's and they *seem* to sound better, but that might just be me lol :)

Good driver, funny story though.

 

 

I was messing about with installing Audigy 4 applications on my audigy 2. So here I am tweaking, so I go on the creative site and see the new driver, I was on the site few hours ago and that driver wasnt there.

 

I think I was one of the first people to get the thing :P
