NVG ON/OFF duplicate commands

So I was wondering why there was no NVG for the L version. It turned out that there is actually a duplicate in the command list where you have two lines to turn ON/OFF the NVG. One for the L and one for the M that are labeled differently. It looks to me like a bug since you need to come up with 2 different shortcuts or two different joystick buttons for the same action depending on the model you are flying.

I know the next update has some fixes in the input file. But I'll check on it this week. And don't forget to use the bug report template next time.
