Avio Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Had tried some suggestions in this forum about setting graphics and even Nvidia Inspector but just didn't seem to be able to get rid of cockpit and terrain shimmering effect and occasional flashing of buildings, etc. Also, cockpit shadows sometimes show up jagged edges, even though my in-game graphic settings are mostly maxed out. Using GTX 1080. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks. Avio

Ala12Rv-watermanpc Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Easy: -NV control pannel -DCS profile. -Set TRANSPARENT AA to whatever you want (4x should be enough) -Turn down in-game AA to 4x or so. Done!...PERFECT, shimmering free image, enjoy! Take a look at my MODS here
SkateZilla Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Shadow LoD Resolution is also determined by distance, so if you move the camera away ( / Key) , then close the FoV (RCTRL+* Keys), you'll see Jaggy Shadows, along with Lower LoD 3D models.
