Custom RSBN stations

Has anyone managed to add custom RSBN stations that can be used by L-39?

 

I've added RSBN beacon and PRMG landning system to Kobuleti by editing beacons.lua, and the new beacons show correctly on the map in the mission editor, but the aircraft can't see them, so I was wondering if there's something else that has to be done, or the beacons are hardcoded and can't be edited in any way.

I´ve added the old Batumi and Sukhumi RSBN stations, removed in 1991, and they work.

 

But adding a RSBN station in an airport with other NAVAIDS like a TACAN or a VOR seems to not work from 1.5.4 onwards (old Sochi, Tblisi and Kobuleti RSBN)

I added. And it works for the F5 and M2000 at least
