Pop Flare every 10 Seconds Trigger

Hi All,

 

Setting up advanced triggers is a little difficult to wrap my head around. I'm flying the Huey at night, and I have the Infantry I'm picking up to pop flare when I enter a zone. However, I also want them to pop flares every 10 seconds. What other triggers do I need to setup to accomplish this?
