Rotor Anti Ice Keyboard Command Broke?

The default Keyboard command to flip the "Rotor Anti Ice Switch" position = LALT+LCTRL+LSHT+S. When I press these commands within the DCS Controls GUI, it works fine, but while in flight, when you press these commands, it has no effect? Does anyone know why? I ask only because it is part of my Helios package and Helios is programmed to flip that switch, but again it has no effect? Thanks for any feedback.
