AMD Patch i lost it... can someone point me in right direction?

Hello all i am reffering to an AMD duel core patch or fix that i aquired some time ago from help bye many of you great souls... but i recently blew out my power supply and got a new one and decided to reformat my computer and forgot to back it up... i went to AMD's website and searched for it but was dumbfounded by the results. i am reffering to the Duel core patch bye AMD wich fixes the timing issue to where programs dont keep switching cores. wondering if anyone can help me find it i must be typing it in wrong to their website i have no idea but any help would be greatly apreciated thank you :thumbup:

Does this fix the dual core stuttering in Lockon? I now have to alt-tab out of the game, and manually set the Lockon.exe process to use only one core when I fly.

 

I'm not really interested in a 3rd party program, but if AMD has a patch for this then I might give that a try.

Yes thats exactaly what it does :D thats why i need it. or else i would have to use the confusing Procaff ;) i strongly recomend the AMD patch but dont know where to find it.
