Can TacView do streaming output from DCS?

In other words, can I have TacView display the positions of friendly and enemy units in real time as I play a game? I think it would be a cool visualization for people to have when I live-stream my sessions.

Depends on the export allowance of the servers. AFAIK there was a countermeasures in place that as soon as you exit a mission the last 10min of flight does not record so that one cannot jump right out and use tac view. I do not know if you can live stream an active session or not. I do not believe so

Know and use all the capabilities in your airplane. If you don't, sooner or later, some guy who does use them all will kick your ass.

Real time viewer is due with version 1.6 iirc, so yes you wil be able to fly and view / record Tacview to youtube as you play in single player,

MP servers will have to allow 0 delay to view real time otherwise there'll be 10 minute delay by default to stop/prevent cheating

currently ver 1.5.4 servers need to allow 0 delay so you can see your whole flight as soon as you exit the sim,

otherwise you either loose 10 minutes at the end of the .acmi recording or you hang around for 10 minutes in the lobby to get the whole flight

in single player you get the whole track as soon as you end either way
