Open/close Chat Window in Read-Only Mode Directly?

Is there a key-binding to open/close the chat window in read-only mode in MP? I seem to have to hit TAB multiple times to get there.

I hit Tab once to turn it on, once more to turn it off.

Hmm ... Tab opens up the chat window in read/write mode. How do you open it in read-only mode, i.e. without the text box that captures all key-strokes?

You need to switch it between read and read/write mode when it is opened. In my case it's LCtrl + Tab
