Stone Shield - Mission "Inception" crash

Stone Shield - Inception mission:

Every time I attack the armored column in this mission, the game crashes to desktop?

The F18's take out the AA and all goes well until I attack the column and then the screen "stutters" and then crashes to desktop. Is anyone else getting this issue as I have all the other A-10 campaigns downloaded and this is the only problem I am having with this type of crash.

Any help with this would be really appreciated.
