Pac-Man Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 Can we expect any support of these products in the future? It is a little shocking that DCS doesn't support these. These devices greatly enhance the immersion of the flight simulation. Especially, given the fully interactive cockpits? I know there is an amazing addon that was created by other users in which these panels will operate within DCS. However, the software only supports 4 aircraft. No F-5, or M2000C. I have noticed bugs with the Huey. Is ED planning on implementing compatibility of these devices? Mars Exulte Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 (edited) It has nothing to do with DCS or ED. The Saitek panels are PROPRIETARY controls for SPECIFIC simulations, it's ''a little shocking'' you didn't read the description before purchasing them. They are NOT plug and play game controller peripherals. Complain at Saitek, they made them. You CAN use them in DCS as keyboard emulators using the FlightPanels software here : https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=137670 The DCS Bios is only for a few modules, because the original software dev quit messing with it. The keyboard emulation mode works with any game. Alternatively, purchase control panels that ARE game controllers, ala DerekSpear or VRInsight. Again, you'll want to read the descriptions of the panels to make sure you buy the right ones.
