Hello,

From my point of view, New FM from last patch seem to be arcade compared to previous one.

A choice box to let us choose between the new one or the previous one would be great

By this way, every people would be happy with this great module.

Thanks ( I hope this message will be read... )

That is far more complicated than you make it sound.

You can roll back the a previous version of DCS World, which will also roll back all of your installed modules but I don't think rolling back just the flight model, or making it switchable is practical, from a coding point of view.

Also with the updated Starforce codes I'm not sure a roll back is even possible.

So when opponents meet the MiG-21, they could expect two different aircraft, with different performance?

Sounds to me like a good idea that's not really a good idea. ;) :)

Well, if the OP rolled back DCS World, he would not be able to join a server, so I don't think that would be an issue. ;)

He was probably talking about the OP's idea to give the option to choose between the 2 different FMs (which, sorry, is not a great idea).

The aircraft should fly as close as possible to the real thing. If that was not the case with the FM we were used to (and a bunch of people who understand a lot more about this than me seem to agree) then we simply have to adjust. Devs said there are more tweaks incoming so we just need to be a little patient here.

So i have to wait the FM be better in a next patch.

The better should be to get the feeling of a true mig21 pilot...

Anyone here ?

The FM is correct now. Just look at some videos online and compare it to DCS. And why would you want something that throws you in a strange spin every time you get into a turnfight? No way that the MiG-21 would be considered a good fighter if that was the case IRL.
