Change theater map scale on opening?

Anytime I open the theater map centered on my plane it's zoomed right in. Is there a way to hold the scale of the map so I don't have to scale out every time I open it?

Hello,

 

The mission designer causes that. Last time they edited the mission, they left the map zoomed in. You can try editing the mission. If you are talking about online, you're stuck with it unless you can talk to the mission creator.
