lazduc Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 I just downloaded 1.5.6.5199.291. What computer specs. do I need to run this. Is this version that needs a fast computer (processor at 4ghz, graphics card with 4GB, or will this free version run on older computers. Does this version represent the latest graphics/sound? How is this version compared to 2.0? Thanks Laz :D
cthulhu68 Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 All versions have same recommended specs. Results can vary a little between 1.5 and 2.0 versions since changes were made to utilize GPU more in 2.0. The Caucasus map is the oldest and it shows but with a texture mod it looks pretty good. It is being overhauled to be on par with the newer maps so it's going to look much better when merged into 2.5 version.
