jocko417 Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 (edited) Long, long overdue... CF-5A "hack job" for the F-5E model. 116757 of No. 434 TACF Sqdn, Canadian Armed Forces, circa 1978. Early 3-colour camo paint scheme. Pilot figure in post unification rifle green flight suit with appropriate patches. CF-5s were in service for over 30 years and saw a lot of paint scheme and markings changes. I'll probably do a couple more liveries once I decide which ones haven't already been done ;). Had to make some adjustments for the model, unfortunately the blisters on rear fuselage are both mapped from single texture, so I made them matte black. jocko417 Posted May 16, 2017 Author Posted May 16, 2017 Ok, corrected and updated here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/2641764/ Although there is ample photo evidence of CF-5s using the 150 US Gallon drop tanks (in many different pylon/tank paint combos), I haven't been able to find any of the 275 gallon drops. I left them in bare metal finish.
