Missing .dll and runtime files

After install N44 - World 2 did not start.

Error messages of missing files.

 

Have uninstalled World 2.

 

And started download again.

Guess it will install it all as updates.

But what about Nevada test range?

 

Must it be installed again after complete reinstall?

The same after reinstall 2.1.6

MSVCP140.dll

VCruntime140.dll

 

It did work yesterday. 2.1.6.
