Does this bundle work with DCS world 2 (alpha)

Dora + Kurfurst + Spitfire + Mustang + High Stakes campaign

It says it requires DCS world 1.5. Now, I just downloaded and installed 2.x in order to also test the Normandy map. A bit confused. Do I have to revert back to DCS world 1.5 in order to install the above bundle?

Naturally, I would want the bundle (modules) to work with Normandy terrain. I understand if the "High Stakes campaign" wont work if it's designed for the other geographical area?

I guess I could have both 1.5 and 2.x installed if that'll allow me to fly over Krim and Nevada and Normandy?

Tips apreciated!

Hi

 

High stakes campaign is only for 1.5 currently as it uses the free terrain which is not in DCS 2 openalpha yet.

 

ED are working hard to bring the Caucasus terrain to DCS 2 but we have no ETA yet.

 

for now have 1.5 and 2.0 installed, Your aircraft will work in both of them as long as you have either Normandy or NTTR installed

Sounds good then; the bundle (modules) will work for Nevada and Normandy. So in essence I only "loose" the High Stakes Campaign if I chooes to go for 2.x at the moment, right? I could always do the 2.x + 1.5 double install since I enjoy the A10-C over Caucasus (and would probably like the High Stakes Campaign with the WWII ladies).

I know ED as a very dynamic (har-har) group so they would not really lock content unless there's a major code issue. Looking forward to the Caucasus coming to DCS 2. In the meantime, I'll probably park my A10 and Huey at Nevada :).

correct, any campaign the requires Caucasus terrain has to use 1.5 for now.
