Jonney Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 This is currently driving me nuts! If I try and run DCS with Nvidia Geforce experience installed it crashes within minutes of flying. DCS starts up fine, it'll let me select what mission/instant action I want to fly, but as soon as I start flying DCS stops working. If I close GeForce experience, it still crashes, if I uninstall GeForce experience it runs ok. I really want to keep Geforce Ex as I like to use Shadowplay in other games, it's convenient and I'm lazy. Does anybody else run Geforce Ex ok with a vive and have no probs in DCS? Does anybody have a solution? My event viewer says it my d3d11.dll that's the problem. I've updated GFX drivers with a clean install etc. Help, please anybody, your my only hope Obi Wan........ oh wait Thanks anyway, Jonney. dburne Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 From everything I have read, GeForce Experience and VR just do not play well together. Maybe someone more knowledgeable on the program can shed some more light, as I do not have it installed. I think it will continue to cause you grief in VR though... Cal.Iber Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 A bit of a wild shot in the dark ... but you might try disabling "Sharing" in GFE. I know it enables an overlay (pop-up with "Hit Alt-Z to broadcast etc.") as well as probably enabling certain driver hooks that may be causing some issues.
