Problem after 1.5.7 update

I can not believe this happened . After update I got " the application can not start correctly (0x000007b) . I reinstalled game and same stupid problem .

I tried with dll files overwrite not working

Is there any chance this can get fixed

My system is win7 64 bit sp 1

intel core i5 3570k 3.4 ghz 32 gb ram nvidia 960 gtx

 

I tried uninstalling visual c ++ then reinstall everything problem is still there I tried with d3dx9 file and no fix . Can not believe last three updated always problems never happened to me before

finally working after update of KB file only bitter taste now because of reinstallation of the game have to set up everything

Have you read the description?

It is the MS runtime installer issue. If one of the windows updates is not installed, their runtime installer silently skips a part of the installation process and there's no sane way to detect it.
