  • RAM: 256 MB RAM (512 MB RAM recommended)
  • Video Card: 3D video card (DirectX® 8.1-compliant) w/32 MB RAM (128 MB recommended)
  • Sound Card: DirectX 8.1-compliant
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 8.1 or higher (included on disc)
  • CD-ROM: 4X CD-ROM or better (not recommended for use with CD-RWs)
  • Hard Drive Space: 1.1 GB free
  • Multiplayer: Internet connection (56 kbps or better) or LAN

And i have:

OS: Windows XP

Processor: Pentium 4 2800

RAM: 1536 MB RAM

Video Card: ATI Radeon X1600XT 256Mb DDR3

Sound Card: Inboard Realtek 7.1

DirectX Version: DirectX 9 c

CD-ROM: CD-ROM and DVD

Hard Drive Space: Alot 160Ghz SATA

How the hell in the medium quality settings i have 14FPS?

Can someone help me improving or optimizing my PC.

Thank you alot.

Best Regards.

PS: Another problem is that i cannot see the blur effect out of the engines. I have all the drivers update.

you have to understand, most companies when they post "requirements" are usually full of crap. The “minimum requirements” shows at least the program can run, and when they say recommended requirements, I see it as the minimum requirements. All I can say is try turning down the graphics setting. But stick with this sim, i played on it for 2 years when i had a p4 1.7 ghz, 512 ram, and a geforce4 ti4200. I ran on everything low, thank god i bought a new system.

As for the heat blur, it only appears at low speeds and you have to have it set on in the options menu. But since you are getting low fps, i recommending turning that off. Main fps killers are water, scene, visability, heat blur, and mirrors. Since this game is both cpu and gpu dependent, both your graphics card and cpu is slightly a bottleneck.

LOMAC needs a 3200+ machine and a strong graphics card. I can only play decently with it, but its still not optimal. I have heard dual core machines, specialy from intell realy makes LOMAC fly.
