Just tried this and cannot change most options.

First this will not run full screen on a monitor because it insist on only running in VR mode no matter which launcher I try.

 

When in VR mode I cannot change any graphic settings because nothing moves or changes when I click on them.

 

Having a very difficult time setting up my controls as well.

after launching go to full screen mode with Left Alt-Enter. Then you will have full screen on your monitor and you will be able to click on stuff with the mouse like normal.

I use it to launch DCS without VR when I want to work on my controller setups from the desktop. Very handy tool for this along with other things as well.
