Las Vegas Casino Signs and Billboards mod?

After a search I was suprised not to find any mods that add the real Signs and Billboards that appear on the buildings in Las Vegas.

 

Is there a mod like this to make it more realistic? Or is this forbidden for copyright reasons? Thanks. :cry:

I think it is most likely due to the names actually being part of the model themselves rather than just a texture to replace. Not to say at some point in the future someone wont come up with some sort of "hat" to place on top of the casinos and hotels to rebrand them, but I doubt it.
