Im trying to make a mission that choppers can transport fuel to an airfield and add some amount of fuel into the airfield's resource once landed. Is there any way to do this? I know i can deplete resources by spawning/despawning AIs, but is it possible to add resources, and not with a time interval but an action?

Not directly via triggers. You can spawn AI in the air to land at the base and when they park they should be defueled and ammo removed which gets added to the warehouse.

Thanks for the quick reply! By the way, it inspires me that would it be possible to tell the AI to spawn at airfield A, fly to airfield B and drop only part of its fuel, and fly back to airfield A?

AI can't land and take-off again. You can despawn one group after it lands and spawn a new group with the same units and however much fuel to make it back to their original base.

Just to expand on this with the warehouse system (I’m really curious about this) would their be any way of adding a resource to a crate? And airlifting it to a airbase and having it add fuel and weapons of a given type? Is this something we can do now or via triggers? Is this a planned feature in 2.5? As it seems everything is there for it to happen? This would add some amazing logistical variety to missions

Unfortunately no. I don't know what all is planned for the warehouse system. Its been mostly unmodified since it was implemented alongside FC3. Just having triggers/scripting would open up a lot of possibilities.
