razo+r Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 http://www.fotocommunity.de/photo/mirror-patrouille-suisse-daniel-ruckstuhl/34557412 In this picture here, you can see the patrouille suisse in the mirror formation. Obviously, they hold the formation quite a few seconds and when they passed over me, I noticed an additional white vapour coming out from the fin. Once I found this image here, I realised it's from the fuel vent. Is the F-5 losing fuel out of the fuel vent when it is too long inverted? I tried to reproduce this with out F-5 but it is not working.
dolfo Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 Yep. Can happen when taking fuel too. http://imgproc.airliners.net/photos/airliners/2/5/5/1133552.jpg?v=v40
dolfo Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 (edited) double post. Edit: Not sure if modeled in DCS. Vent seems to be plugged or something. Edited September 18, 2017 by dolfo
