DCS is so confusing when it comes to wind direction. Last night a JTAC gave me the wind direction - 200 degrees 7m/s. Turns out it was the direction wind was blowing TO. Is this correct? I've only know wind direction based on where it's blowing from. As for m/s, is this standard too? I would have thought n

Knots would be more appropriate.

Confused

Well you asked and answered your question at the same time. If that is how he is giving it to you that is correct.

JTAC in DCS is also extremely buggy. You'll find out the more you use it. One moment it works perfect and the next it won't.

We use to use it on our server and thought for the longest time inexperienced pilot's were the cause of it not working. Turns out its just bugged and will not work for random reasons.

So now we use a JTAC script. But that has nothing to do with your question.
