Why is the DCS desktop window blurry when using VR?

I wanted to have a friend where the headset and I would fly the aircraft, but the DCS desktop window is very blurry. Why is that? Is that the same for everyone? :joystick:

Well the desktop mirror is slightly distorted to fit the distortion the lenses cause. But i find mine fine to see, but mine fits a 4k monitor, so that probably helps a lot.

This is pretty un-usable..$ Here's a pic of the F-15 cockpit and the Main Menu.

All the other VR games that I play are very clear in the desktop window.

I only have a single display however the VR portion is quite clear on the screen, maybe a graphics setting.

Good point. I'll check my settings and disable all mods. It could be Reshade causing it..

Hah Snacko thats a new one, ya remove reshade it doesnt work in VR anyway. Not sure what that is tho, never seen that.

Oh BTW that is a lot of fun but you doing that but you need to make it clear that when you ask them to look forward they do otherwise when flying Helicopters low like that you can easily find trees and buildings.

 

Mind you it is interesting watching their reaction when you do hit a building. :D

Well, it was my ReShade. I think a setting that I had worked great for my triple screens, but since in VR the window was so small it exaggerated the effect and made the entire window blurry.
