Paveway333 Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 Hi guys! Are you still considering adding more powerful/realistic external sound? I think soundFX is a pretty important part of dcs aircraft as you often can get a sense of power and thrust. While the internal sounds are great, I feel the lack of power whenever I see viggen flyby or engaging thrust reversal.

Cobra847 Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 There has been an update to the SDK allowing third parties to now implement custom exterior engine sounds. Hopefully we can now implement our custom soundset. :) Thanks! Nick Nicholas Dackard Founder & Lead Artist Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/

Dynamic range is not a bad thing. -0.1 dB level should be reserved for external views at the instant the aircraft passess by at max engine roar :) On YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/philstylenz Storm of War WW2 server website: https://stormofwar.net/
