Marcq Posted November 11, 2017 Posted November 11, 2017 (edited) I made two button box using Zero Delay Arcade USB ENCODER , 20 momentary switches/ buttons total, mapped the button of the first box no problem but the second one is conflicting with the first one since they both have the same ID(I guess). Any ways to change this? In the controller section they are listed as generic usb joystick Thanks, Marc.. Edited November 11, 2017 by Marcq

That's what I thought . It's two very basic button box, 10 switches each. In the controller section I can see two "generic usb joystick" and I can map keys in both of them but once in the game only the second box works but with the mapping of the first box :wallbash: Marc..
hansangb Posted November 11, 2017 Posted November 11, 2017 Marcq, I could see some vendor not taking the time to change the GUID. But you can check it for yourself to see if the GUID is not really unique. http://www.the-sz.com/products/usbid/ But I thought DCS shows you the GUID in the controller section? Maybe not. It's been a while since I looked. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1

Marcq Posted November 11, 2017 Author Posted November 11, 2017 Ok!! All is good, I restarted the game, remapped the button boxes and it worked. Maybe they needed to be mapped at the same time Thanks again for the help Marc..
