Install DCS modules on new computer does not work?

Need HELP to install DCS modules on new computer!

 

Just moved DCS to a new computer but the "Install" button in the module manager stops DCS and does not start it again with the installation of the selected module?

 

Did you deactivate the modules on the old computer: Yes.

Did you uninstall the modules from the old computer: Yes.

Did you install DCS on the new computer: Yes.

Are you logged in to DCS: Yes.

Do you see the modules: Yes.

Are there "Install" buttons: Yes (for the modules I own).

 

Any more ideas?
