Not sure if i should report this as a Bug or its just a Configuration Problem.

The Warthog Idle Cutoff Position seems to have no effect on the Harrier.

For the Startup you need to move the Throttle a bit and then back again to bring it out of Idle Cut Off in Game.

houldnt that be just moving out of Idle Cutoff and to turn Engines Off back again into Idle Cut Off?

Like in the A-10 and so on?

It's not a bug really. The throttle cutoff leash just works differently than a detent.

Rebind the throttle cutoff to the pinky aft switch then refer to this copy paste of my reply from another thread to understand the functuality..

Unleashed the throttle cutoff will allow the throttle to move in and out of the throttle detent area freely. Once you've advanced the throttle to idle, leash the throttle cutoff to stop the throttle from moving to detent.

The parking brake lever stops the throttle from moving beyond idle..

Sounds like you understand now..

Yeah this isn't a bug...I accidentally shut off the Engine at first too. You just need to replace the detent and it will stop before cutting the engine.
