[NO BUG] TOR, Tunguska - NVG/IR Missing

I noticed the Testing 9A331 "Tor" (SA-15) and 2C6M "Tunguska" (SA-19) do not have infrared or night vision implemeted.

 

While the 9A35M3 "Strela-10M3" (SA-13) does have it implemented even in driver and isometric view.

 

Am I missing something here?

I would assume this is by design, in all 3 its available in the driver position, but as the Sa-15 and the Sa-19 it's not available in gunner position, I am assuming because you are targeting with radar, whereas the Sa-13 is visual targetting.
