Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar fails after Win 10 Fall update

Is anyone else experiencing issues after windows 10 fall update?? My Cougar joystick is not recognised anymore. Furthermore, my windows behaves weird like I could not open up start menu or explorer until after a few restarts, and I cannot logout of a guest account.

 

Does anyone know how to install the Cougar in windows 10 and which drivers to use? I've done this years ago and all I can remember is that it was a pain in the @$$.

 

[EDIT] SOLVED (I hope!!): I clicked on start menu button(windows 10 home after fall update) and then the gear icon (settings). Next clicked Devices. On this page (bluetooth and other devices) there appears an entry called Thrustmaster HOTAS Cougar. Clicked it and selected remove device and confirmed. Rebooted pc. Now the Cougar seems to work again in the Cougar Control Panel and Foxy.

I am in that stage now. I try to install my COUGAR on an Win 10 64 PC.
