Wow. I never heard that about the large throw, and especially the low resistance movement before. The throw doesn't bother me, but the notion of the throttle sliding around or making a lot of racket... That's not cool.

That's why I returned mine after a couple of weeks. Did see some good mods for increasing the friction, though - but too late for mine.

The lack of friction on the throttle is easily solved with a screwdriver and some velcro.
