What as happened to the file that is supposed to repair the setup and look for updates?

I run both versions of the game, it is missing from both of them.

Those shortcuts should be in your start menu in windows under eagle dynamics. Unless they have been removed manually, or the DCS install location has been changed by the user.

 

You can use command prompt if you can not find them
