thrustvector Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 is there a way of stopping the throttle from going completely off? sometimes landing you can go too far back and cut the throttle
mvsgas Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Do you have a TM Warthog? TM Warthog throttle to full idle position the engine turns off https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=196582 If not check idle cut off in the cockpit or providing a track would help. To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..
timber3000 Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Yes, on the base of the throttle,on the left side, you will see a small lever. I don't remember the name... If you click it, it will lock the throttle from going back at the cutoff position.
thrustvector Posted January 16, 2018 Author Posted January 16, 2018 Yea I got a hog, cheers for the info on that, never seen a lever, I'll have closer look, but I guess its the hog bug as it should not just cut out
Madbrood Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Find throttle cutoff in the controls, double click in the Warthog Throttle column and then bring your throttle back over the idle stop and save that bind. You'll never inadvertently cut off your throttle again. i7-4770k | EVGA GTX 980 SC | 16GB DDR3 | TrackIR 5, TM Warthog HOTAS, Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals DCS: F-16C, F/A-18C, F-14A/B, AV-8B, FC3, A-10C, Black Shark II, UH-1H, F-86F, MiG-21bis, Mirage 2000C, AJS-37, F-5E :pilotfly:
