There is a how to start on the DCS-BIOS website; http://dcs-bios.a10c.de/docs/v0.7.0/developerguide.html So IMHO all it takes is for someone wanting the module enough to lift the task of making all the code necessary for Ian to include into the DCS-BIOS.
