DCS main screen stuck loading at 57%

DCS was working fine. When I opened it up today, the main program screen is stuck loading at 57%. I let it load for 15 minutes, no result. Restarted windows, same issue. Ran DCS repair utility, same issue.

I just did the second hotfix, and this is happening to me as well

 

 

FIX= rename mission editor to something else and restart DCSW

found solution
