QuiGon Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 (edited) The ECM pod (at least the U22/A) can't be turned off. When switched to mode 0, which should be "off", it still continues jamming incoming radar signals, which is indicated by the MOTVERK warning light. Additionally: Why is the ECM switch not in mode 0 (off) when spawning? RagnarDa Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 The U22/A is not in mode 0 (off) when spawning because it takes 3 minutes to warm up, so it is set to this and prewarmed on hot start. The U22/A listening even though it was turned off is fixed now. DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.

I wasn't talking about hotstart. I'm pretty sure it's not in mode 0 when spawning in cold start too. Can you change that, so you spawn with the U22/A turned off when spawning cold? The U22/A listening even though it was turned off is fixed now. Thanks, this was really annoying! RagnarDa Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 Ok fixed so U22 is turned off when cold-starting. DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
TOViper Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 Defining all these "initial states" of systems is hard work, but it leads to a "nice and clean" module experience ... Thanks for your efforts on them!
