Does the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti draw the full 600 watts in DCS? DCS Multiplayer?

My current machine I have a 850 watt PSU and runs fine on GTX 970.

I do not use VR.

Will I need more power?

as far as i know the 1080Ti is rated at 250W and in my experience draws somewhat power than my 980Ti did for better performance.
