derbarbarian Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 Hey guys, I've been using a Force Feedback 2 for years and years, unfortunately it ended up biting the dust about 18 months ago, and I've been pulling my hair out from not being able to play any of my DCS games. My end goal is to get the full HOTAS Warthog, along with pedals etc. Unfortunately I can't afford to go all in at the moment, so I'm looking for a stick that I can get for under $150 or so to use temporarily. So long story short I'm just wondering if you guys might be able to recommend a decent stick to use in the meantime. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
hansangb Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS Controller would be an obvious contender. I believe there was a recent thread that went over the exact same players. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
Farlander Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Well i'm going from a warthog to a FFB2 :P can't deal with the stiction anymore.. as well as feeling dead.
Sokol1_br Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 (edited) For replace a MSFFB2 if you don't have a rudder pedal set you need a joystick with "twist rudder". Twist rudder stick set with price up to 150$ with more functions is: Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS plus TWCS throttle. Logitech G Saitek X52 Flight Control System X-52 give you more functions, but highly probable more QC problems too. :) Edited February 11, 2018 by Sokol1_br
