I Have DCS World, DCS World 2 OpenAlpha and DCS World OpenBeta. The screen flashes in all of them. When it flashes it shows the black DCS screen. I've have the 1st two on this puter for over a year without this problem but didn't use them for about six months. Now, after updating both and before and after installing DCS World OpenBeta I get the screen flashing shown in attached video. I can't help but think it has something to do with an update to the DCS series.

Not being able to upload a mp4 file I zipped it. If you'd care to look at it download and unzip the file.

I have recently been experiencing a similar issue - though with a much faster flashing rate, and only intermittently. For me the DCS logo will flash up for only a frame or two, maybe twice per second. It starts happening at some point during a mission, and might persist for 5 minutes or so before stopping.

It appears to be linked to being in Borderless Windowed mode stretched across several monitors (two in my case). If I press ALT+ENTER while it is happening, to compress the display onto just full-screen on my main monitor, the effect stops, but resumes if I ALT+ENTER back to borderless-windowed mode.

I strongly suspect it is a video driver related issue, as I have friends using DCS in a similar configuration (multi-monitor, borderless windowed) who do not experience the problem at all.

My video card is an nVidia GTX 1070, running driver version 398.82. DCS Open Beta 2.5.2

ok i have the same issue, and my graphic card drivers seems to be up to date, may be a shader issue, i'll try the "ALT+ENTER" tips.

grafspee I'm not really sure of that.

For me i've switch to basic Windows color set, set ON the scale GUI, and OFF the aero interface, seems to work but don't ask me which of these three point is the good answer...
