also try flushing your DNS

 

if you have no joy please attach your autoupdated_log.txt from DCS root folder

Ok, you may try unpacking this file into the root of your DCS install.

It will create a file autoupdate_dev.cfg with SSL checks disabled right near the regular autoupdate.cfg.

Still, I suggest to check your computer for malware. Something is hijacking SSL connections.
