If you’re trying to assign in controls- search NWS. It’s under something else but searching for that will bring it up

Anti-skid switch on left console near flaps. And the key bind to engage the NWS (or NWS-Hi if Anti Skid is off) is called "Air-to-Ground Target Undesignate / Nosewheel Steering Button", under the HOTAS drop down category IIRC (at work and going off memory).

The steering of the nosewheel is done via two switches: the NWS switch on the Hotas and the Anti-Skid switch. Depending on the Anti-Skid switch's position, pressing the NWS switch on the Hotas will provide different steering modes.
