saving custom keystrokes

Tried to post this yesterday, but I guess it got deleted.

I see that some a/c the"profile " can be saved, but not all , like the F15. Where is that a/c key commands stored???

You can save the profile wherever you like, its kind of a backup, the profiles in use are on Saved Games/dcs.openbeta/config/input

 

 

There isnt a single Profile for each aircraft, but rather there is a profile for each device (Keyboard, Hotas, TrackIR, Mouse) within each aircraft, so, to save a Profile you must first click on the device column ... then the "Save Profile" button will activate and you will be able to save.

 

 

I find too tedious to backup everything separately, thus I prefer to simply make backup copies of the whole Config folder on Window's File Explorer.
