how to change English bort number to Persian (Arabic)

Hi guys i am trying to change the Bort_Number-nose from English to Persian or Arabic ! but something is wrong ! i am confused and dont know what exactly to do for correction !

and Description is like this :

Hello,

I see you numbers are jpg.

The normal bort number files are usually tga.

Could that be the reason? The best would be to copy the file from arabic skins of eg Mig-23

Hello , i am so happy that you replied :-) , the formats are all .DDS ,the problem should be something else , which about bort numbers which we can change them in game as tail number in menu !

i mean there is a white layer , which i dont know how to edit it ?!

You should have saved it as DDS DXT 3 (with alpha layer). DDS DXT 1 has no alpha layer.
