Using both 1.5 and 2.5 & activation keys

As a caution, I am installing 2.5 in a separate directory so that I can continue to use 'stable' version while new one gets sorted.

 

I would like to use my modules in both, but will doing so burn an activation for each version of DCS?

No, you can have many copies of various versions of DCS on one PC, they all use the same activation data from Win registry.
