This is more a question to developers, regarding motion blur fx in DX12 and DCS. Not certain if DCS uses DX12. Is motion blur in DX12 an expensive process as either post or shaderFX? Does DX11/12 even suppourt motion blur?

DCS currently uses DX11 and ED have stated their intent to move to Vulkan next, which is likely to l leave your question a little moot.
