Docker - too heavy?

I attempted this mission a dozen times and still cannot finish it. With full load I can only take off as an airplane - by rolling first on the grass, and often crash. I stay on 1.5 because the trees are non-collidable. Is there some trick to taking off properly?

Try removing the IR heatspreaders, the extra armour and the weapon pylons in the mission planner. Also turn off dust protection and anti-ice in the cockpit.
