Papa Spardy Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 Sorry if it's a silly question. But is there a way to make all the keys I bind in my hotas program(using x56) only usable in game. What I mean is, let's say I'm alt tabed and I accident flick a switch I don't want g to my typed in chrome because I accidently hit my landing gear button. I really want to set up my profile not in game so I get the full use of modes and customizations.
Rudel_chw Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 I dont have the x56, but my Thrustmaster Cougar is similar, it can generate keyboard keys as programmed on its utility ... but its software utility also allows me to disable this mode and return the hotas to normal joystick mode with just a single click on the utility’s GUI ... perhaps your Saitek has a similar enable/disable function? For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

You know I just noticed in that I can quickly change profiles and clear it completely. By right clicking in the system tray...
