Hello,

I just fired up my DCS to fly the new Hornet but DCS keeps crashing a few minutes into the mission.

I think it is caused by this error:

failed to create vertex buffer. Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Logs are attached

My Specs:

Intel I7-7700 HQ

Nvidia GTX 1050

16 GB DDR3

512 GB Nvme SSD

Running at 1080p @ Medium Settings.

Ram Usage: 11.8 GB / 16 GB maximum

CPU: 50%

GPU : 95%

FPS: Around 60 and stable until the crash

Driver Version: Newest Version (Just checked) V 397.93

Shadowplay Overlay is disabled

Hello,

I had the same "device removed" crash and fixed it by deleting my video driver and reinstalling it. It came up as up to date also. might be worth a try.

I did try that, it still crashes. I already tried shutting down Steam, wich was running as well as setting the tdrlevel to 0 and tdrdelay to 8

It is still crashing

Any more ideas?
